But what about actual items that are so rare, they cannot be purchased, no matter the price the buyer is willing to pay? Like one of a kind vehicles, that are only available to special clients in certain areas of the world and vehicles that had limited production numbers.
The rarest car in the world comes with a price tag of $8 million and has been featured in Jay-Z’s music video, “Lost One”. The one of a kind vehicle was once owned by rapper Bryan “Birdman” Williams, but was later resold and is located in Germany. Bloggers Who Make Over $100K Per Year

In today’s digital age, it’s become more and more common to hear about people giving up their 9-5 desk jobs in favour of pursuing their freelance dreams. Sure, sometimes it doesn’t work out and they crash and burn before quickly returning to a steady source of income – but sometimes it does. In a big way. It’s not unheard of to learn of bloggers making over six figures per year off of the content they post. The Internet is a huge place and there’s a demographic for all sorts of content; whether you’re writing about health, travel, fashion, food or photography. Many of the most successful bloggers have zeroed in on a specific niche and have become pioneers in their chosen fields as a result. They know that there’s an entire world hungry for information out there and that their websites provide the instant, gratifying eye candy or reading material that their demographic craves.
The best bloggers have made it to where they are by consistently posting new content and constantly finding creative ways to communicate with their target market. After building up an audience, their revenue comes from ad sales on their sites or partnerships with like-minded brands and companies. $5,000 to $10,000 is the standard fee paid out to top fashion and lifestyle bloggers nowadays to make an appearance at an event and endorse it to their endless followers. From there, they are often given the opportunity to collaborate with companies by producing content for them or designing products for them to sell. As if that wasn’t enough to think about, many bloggers have vocalized the need to be selective when it comes to partnerships in order to keep their images on brand.

Breguet Grande Complication, Marie Antoinette – $30 Million. Most expensive watch in the world

Before Abraham-Louis Breguet founded his watch-making business in 1775 he had made a number of connections with high society thanks to his apprenticeship and time as a math scholar. The highest of these social connections was surely the French Royal Family and, most notably, Marie Antoinette. The Queen was reportedly fascinated with Breguet watches and, depending on who you believe, it was either her or her lover, Count Hans Axel von Fersen, who commissioned Breguet to make a watch which contained all known functions at that time. Breguet began work on the project in 1782/83 and it was completed by his son in 1827. By this time, Marie Antoinette, Count von Fersen and Breguet were all dead. Watch-makers from Breguet were commissioned to make a copy of the Marie-Antoinette in 2005. Instead of the original 45 years, this one only took three.

Dubai’s Most Awesome Police Supercar 2015

When most people envision Dubai, they think of luxury hotels, sparkling skyscrapers and excessive amounts of wealth. So when we discovered how lavishly the city’s elite police force operated, we can’t say we were surprised. Under the jurisdiction of the ruler of Dubai, the 15,000 member strong force covers a vast 4,114 square kilometers and a population of over 2 million people. To do so, they drive some of the most beautiful cars you have ever laid your eyes upon. While the average police car in America is a tired-looking sedan, Dubai cops are rolling around in Lamborghinis and Ferraris that can go over 200 miles an hour. For an only fifty-year-old force that boasted just 29 members in 1956, its level of modernity in 2015 is astounding.
There are 10 police stations spread across Dubai and officers are easily recognizable in the standard uniform of a green shirt with a red banner running under the left arm. They couple this with a dark green beret, green pants and black boots. Female officers typically wear the uniform with a headscarf, as Dubai is an Islamic nation. Both sexes carry semi-automatic handguns and have access to a wide variety of weapons including shotguns, rifles, flash grenades and tasers. Becoming a member of Dubai’s police force is considered an elite privilege, as the level of education they must complete before attaining their badge is worthy of the highest international standards. The force’s fleet of cars are painted white and dark green and are easily recognizable by the website and e-mail address printed on them. If you’re ready to endure serious automobile envy, read on to discover some of Dubai’s most badass police vehicles.

Owning A Luxury Private Jet.

Being a celebrity comes with its share of pretty sweet perks. After all, part of the reason that famous people are constantly in the news is because they’re often making some lavish purchase. Whether it’s a new mansion, an expensive car or a yacht used for vacation purposes, the public wants to know about it. It’s also no secret that celebrities like to travel in style, which is why several celebs have their own private jets. Some of these aircrafts have been purchased with their own money, and others have been given to the celebrities as gifts (by other rich people, of course).

When you have a private jet, taking a family vacation is likely a lot more fun. It can also be more exciting to go on a romantic date, or simply to meet up with friends for the day. Celebrities probably also get a kick out of the fact that their relatives and associates can’t help but be impressed when they see a private jet landing. Having your own jet makes traveling a lot more comfortable as well. Why deal with cramped airplane seats and screaming babies when you don’t have to?Celebrities_Who_Have_Their_Own_Private_Jet

MIAMI That Could Be The Next Silicon Valley

Like every state in the US, Florida was hit very hard by last decade’s Great Recession. Miami was able to make a rapid recovery, however, thanks to it being one of the country’s key “hedge cities”: cities that attract foreign investors who are seeking a US base of operations. Miami’s population rose 4.8 percent from 2010 to 2013, employment increased 2.9% in 2014, and real estate prices have remained low at $225,000.

These numbers have led to a burgeoning tech scene, where companies are locating in Miami to provide a US foothold to Latin American tech firms. For example, .CO Internet operates the top-level domain for Columbia, and venture capitalist-backed companies such as CareCloud (a healthcare IT provider), and KidoZen (a mobile app developer) have found great success.

Miami startups brought in $49.4 million in venture capitalist funding in 2014, and investment firms have acquired 19 tech startups since 2012, giving the city a great potential for tech and job growth.images
